Bird at the DC Zoo.

I took the family to the DC Zoo last weekend and was able to get this picture in the Bird house. He was very still the entire time we were there and almost seem to be studying us as much as we were him.

Fruit

The photography forum I frequent ( http://photography-on-the.net/forum ) has a section for a "Subject of the week" and people take a picture to meet the weeks theme. It's very open to the photographers interpertation and this week the theme was "Fruit". So, this is my fruit submission.

Metal and wood

Here is a picture I took of the hanging basket bracket on my neighbors fence. It again tried my hand at some editing and this is what I came up with.

My daughters new bike.

My daughter recieved a new bike as hers was way to small for her, she seems to like it by the numbers of hours she spends on it. I had to try out my new 50mm f/1.8 lens and here is the result.

Fisherman

I took this picture at the park near our house and decided that it looked better with an oldtime feel to it. I tried it in B&W but it just did not look right, anyway enjoy.
